RIDE LEADER INSTRUCTIONS
Please listen to your ride leader, and follow their instructions.
TRAIL ETIQUETTE
People that ride off-road have made a good life-choice.
Please continue to make good choices and do not be a @£$& on the trails.
TRAIL USERS
Trails are open to all.
Please be aware of other riders, walkers, runners, horses, 4x4's, dirt bikes, etc.
Slow down, and be polite.
ROAD CROSSINGS
Please stop at all road crossings, and do not cross until your ride leader tells you too.
BICYCLE CONDITION
We will carry out an "M-check" of your bicycle. However, the rider warrants that their bike is in a safe, and servicable condition.
E-BIKES
We do not always ride lead on an e-MTB, and members of your group may not either.
Please maintain the same speed as your group, and save the high power settings for the hills.
HELMET
You must wear a helmet, at all time.
ANY issue with yours, please speak to your ride leader.
EMERGENCY / FIRST AID
Our Ride Leaders will call 000 and report the incident.
They are also accredited First Aiders, and carry a First Aid kit.
Please notify the Read Leader IMMEDIATELY, if you feel unwell, have an incident, etc.
Our Risk Assessments note the closest A&E.
TOILETS
Sometimes there is a local toilet available, sometimes there isn't.
Your ride leader will let you know.
GAME
We will complete a brief riding based game, if deemed necessary.
QUESTIONS?
